"Whosoever in their lives has assisted humanity has a right to humanity...but no one has as much rights as does one who has become shaheed, they took their vision through to the end with such sincerity, and that is why they deserve much respect." -Shaheed Ayatollah Mutah

Shaheed Ali Amrollahi Poorshirazi

Ali was born on the 21st of Ramadhan, the night of the Shahadat of Imam Ali (AS). At about the age of seven when he entered school and continued his education up through his Bachelor’s degree from Imam Sadeq University. In 1361 he finally left school to join the army and he came to Kerman. He was called to duty on 10/10/1361. After a few years, his brother, Shaheed Mahdi, his brother asked him to leave the army and return back for school to continue his education. He said not everyone has to go to war, if you study you can still become a great asset to the revolution. Shaheed Ali replied to his brother that even if I become the president of the country, I would step down to answer my Imams call, which ultimately led to his brother following him in his footsteps, and reaching the level of Shahadat FIRST!!!
Quote from Shahid Ali's will:
So really, what do we have to do? Isn’t losing hope a sin, that too one of the “great” sins. Can I not tie my heart to Your mercy and forgiveness? If I do not, I know my heart will lose hope, my skin will begin to rot, and I will not be able to speak.
I am a helpless servant and I hope never to lose You, I hope never to forget calling You, I hope to stick to the Quran and the Ahlul-Bayt, and never to lose myself in a power I believe to be above You, for that would certainly be the end of me. This Is my message to all of you who read my will. Be with Allah (SWT)…
Our Message to the Shohada:
What an honor these shaheed obtain? What a great feeling it must be to fly through the skies with no wings. People like Sheed Ali have joined the likes of Shaheed Amini, Meer Afzali, Qambari, and other great shohada. I hope to one day learn how to soar up above and look down upon everything and everyone in this world.
But you know, it has been a while since some of these shohada have past, and yet their mothers still await their return home! The call out quietly, “Ali, will you be coming back…” Your father has set his eyes on the door, awaiting the day it to open and you to walk in. “I have given one son, will my other be allowed to return?”
This breaks my heart, I wish I had gotten to know you, I wish I had one memory of you. I have never met you, but I feel like you and all the other shohada are always with me. I hope to one day follow in your footsteps as well, to be able to meet with my master, Sayidush shuhada…
The shohada have gained much stature in the eyes of Allah (SWT), we ask from them to ask Allah (SWT), to reduce this gap between us, allow us to understand these shaheed, know what they stood for, whom they stood for, why they stood…So that maybe one day, if the time is right, and the opportunity calls, we too will stand…
Assalamu Alayk Ya Aba Abdellah
